We understand that the dining experience makes a big part of your holiday. This is why we handpicked our chef and together we designed an Alpine Dining experience you will remember.
Breakfast
The choice is yours. From the healthy Swiss traditional breakfast with homemade Birchermüesli or fresh fruit salad, combined with different cereals, fresh crispy baguettes, delicious croissants and homemade jam to the fully cooked option, with eggs of your choice, bacon and sausage. We make sure you get your first energy boost at the Lodge breakfast. Serving time is from 07.45 – 10.00.
Afternoon tea
After a long day on the slopes there’s nothing better than to relax in the Lodge Lounge with a slice of freshly baked cake and a cup of tea or coffee. Tea time will be laid out for you in the dining area, awaiting your return.
Dinner
Our chef prepares a delicious 3 course menu, using local products with a creative twist especially for you and your party. For all guests with dietary requirements, we’re happy to cater especially if you inform us in advance.
Dinner is served between 19.30-20.00. A dedicated table will be prepared for you. For children we serve a 2 course menu at 18.30 - on request.
During dinner, house wine flows freely. However don't miss the experience to order one of our special local wines from the cellar. We store some of the finest wines from the area.
Lounge
Our cosy lounge with a wood burning fire invites you to enjoy an apero, get to know the other guests or simply relax whilst enjoying a fine wine from our renowned cellar.
Lodge bar
The lodge bar which is also open to the public awaits your drink order from 17.00 to 19.00. Choose something from our aperitif list or enjoy a nice glass of wine whilst delicious aromas from the kitchen fill the dining area.
