Before your arrival
Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will issue you with a reservation sheet, where the terms and conditions, payment instructions and other important information are listed. We kindly ask for a Chf 300.- deposit per person payable within 3 working days in order for you to confirm the booking.

Your arrival day
Please note during the winter month’s check-in is after 16:00. We ask all our guests to call us 30min prior to arriving at Les Clèves Parking so we can organise your pick up with the Haglunds.
Should you arrive by train and bus, please indicate the exact arrival time at the Telecabine in Nendaz so we can organise a chauffeur service for you.
Once you have arrived at the Lodge you will be greeted by our well trained and professional friendly staff, who will show you to your rooms and explain the day to day running of the Lodge.

Before dinner a welcome drink awaits you in the Lodge Bar. During your stay you will have the opportunity to meet the other guests and have time to share your days experiences whilst relaxing and enjoying the real mountain atmosphere.

During ski season, don’t forget to collect your pre-ordered skis prior to arrival at the Lodge so that the next morning you can just click straight in, and hopefully enjoy the untouched powder. For weekend arrivals the skis can be picked up directly at the Lodge as of 16h30 onwards.

Summer
During the Summer months we offer a daily Bed & Breakfast. You can upgrade to a half board package during peak season. Payment instructions and arrival information will be sent to you upon receipt of a booking.
